An Annealing and Pickling Line (“APL”) for Cold Rolled Grain Oriented (“CRGO”) electrical steel is a specialised processing facility used to enhance the magnetic and surface properties of electrical steel strips. The annealing process improves the grain structure and magnetic characteristics of the steel through controlled heating and cooling, while the pickling process removes surface oxides and scale to ensure a clean and uniform surface finish. APLs for CRGO steel are critical for producing high-performance electrical steel used in transformers, reactors, and other energy-efficient electrical equipment.
