Our key technological achievements include the development of our DIGI-IMPACT AGC system, which provides real-time strip thickness control during rolling operations and is designed to support thin-gauge rolling, manage thickness deviations and maintain stable rolling conditions across varying operating speeds and input material parameters, completely in-house developed online strategic dashboards for coordinated organisational activities, AI-enabled operational dashboards for operational efficiency and maintenance dashboards to support predictive and preventive maintenance. Through these advancements, we have demonstrated consistent innovation and technological advancement in the flat steel equipment industry.

We have also focused on sustainability-oriented innovation in our equipment design and process technologies. Our “Green Cold Rolling Mill”^® concept incorporates lower rolling power consumption, innovative roll profile design and mill design features intended to reduce carbon emissions. In 2023, we were granted a patent for our CRM technology which enables reduced number of passes, reduced thermal and mechanical fatigue on mill rolls, less water consumption, reduction in the rolling power consumption and reduced CO₂ emissions.

Experienced Promoters and Senior Management team with deep industry expertise

Our Company is led by an experienced Board of Directors and a professional senior management team with extensive experience in the flat steel processing and engineering solutions industry. Our Promoters collectively bring over 90 years of cumulative experience in the steel processing and industrial engineering sectors.

Our Promoter and Managing Director, Navneet Singh, has over 31 years of experience in industrial automation and flat steel processing equipment and has been associated with the business since its inception. He has been instrumental in establishing our technology leadership position and building customer relationships with major steel producers. Sameer Bansal, Promoter and Director, also has over 31 years of experience in the industrial engineering and manufacturing sector and has been responsible for driving operational excellence and international business development. Our other Promoter, Satish Kumar Tripathi has over 30 years of relevant sector experience and provide technical leadership and manufacturing operations expertise.
