Metal coating lines (GI/GL/ZM) are designed to coat steel strips with zinc or zinc-aluminium alloy or zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy by passing them through a molten metal bath so that the strip acquires defined properties like corrosion resistance, formability, paintability and weldability. The coating process imparts long-term protection against corrosion to the steel substrate. Our lines are designed for continuous operation with high productivity and coating quality. Principal end uses include roofing and cladding materials, construction applications, automotive components and appliances.
