Revamps and Retrofitting
The Company undertakes revamp, retrofitting, modernization and spare supply projects for cold rolling mills, hot rolling mills, pickling lines, coating lines and other steel processing facilities across domestic and international markets.
The Company’s revamp and retrofit solutions include the conversion of conventional DC drive systems to AC drive systems, upgradation of programmable logic controller (“PLC”) automation and automatic gauge control (“AGC”) systems, speed enhancement, hydraulic and roll force system modifications, installation of new motors and drives, automation integration, addition of auxiliary equipment and mechanical overhauling of existing mill infrastructure.
The Company also undertakes reverse engineering, manufacturing, refurbishment and supply of critical mill and processing line components and spares such as roll chocks, mandrel shafts, payoff reels, recoilers, uncoilers and other mechanical and electrical assemblies. Through these services, to the Company enables customers to improve operational efficiency, increase production speed and reliability, extend equipment life, reduce downtime, and modernize and upgrade existing facilities in line with evolving process and automation requirements
